BOOK NOW1. Who is this for?
This workshop is designed stakeholders working across a range of agencies/disciplines on difficult disaster and climate adaption issues.
2. Impact
Disasters teach us to manage significant and sudden change and compel us to unite in overcoming threats. Step into this transformative workshop where lessons from disasters become the guiding blueprint for collaboration and systems change. You will transcend conventional discussions on collaboration and systems change and get practical outcomes. We do this through the mindset changes we can make as leaders, by reshaping the way stakeholders work together under pressure, and going through an ideation and design process that is a catalyst for sparking non-traditional forms of collaboration.
3. Objectives
- Collaboration Mastery: we say we need 'a joined up approach' to make a real impact and yet we don't intentionally come together to work out how to collaborate. Participants reflect on successful post-disaster case studies to identify new and more powerful ways of collaborating under-pressure.
- Reducing barriers to change: crack barriers to change with a range of engaging activities that get to the heart of collaboration issues amongst your stakeholders.
- Innovate with Insight: reflect on disaster recovery case studies that spark creativity to maximise the opportunities for change and collaboration in challenging environments.
- Resilient Leadership: equip your stakeholders with tools for effective system change, balancing belonging and detachment in rapidly evolving landscapes.
- Connection Catalyst: Strengthen relationships and build meaningful connections amongst your stakeholders for meaningful and rapid change.
Join us for a workshop that goes beyond the ordinary, arming you with practical tools so you can push the bounds of system change to meet the needs of a rapidly changing world.
