This 3 hour workshop is designed for teams who are exhausted but not done. For leaders looking to rejuvenate their team, strengthen team connection and gain new skills to meet the challenges they're facing.

3. Objectives
- Develop Personal Resilience: Participants cultivate self-awareness and resilience strategies, gaining the ability to navigate challenges with a strategic long view and redefine success in the context of their well-being.
- Prioritise Well-being in Leadership: Explore the importance of maintaining capacity, relationships, and personal priorities when the pressure is on. Participants will identify practical ways to do this using our “Leading Well” cards.
- Prevent Burnout and Foster Growth: Equip your people with tools to avoid burnout by establishing priorities, rituals, and habits. Through activities such as the 'N Graph' and 'Doing Well Plan,' participants will be supported to grow from tough experiences.
- Promote Effective Communication: Develop communication skills through interactive activities, such as the 'Power of Questions' assessment and reflective evaluations.
- Encourage Continuous Improvement: the workshop concludes with an evaluation session, where participants share their insights, preferences, and intentions for the future.
